Abstract

This is a book project commissioned by Elsevier Inc. USA. The book will give a road-map for applying the Gerd Gigerenzer's "fast and frugal" reasoning to solving problems in Accounting and Finance, Earnings management, Asset pricing, etc. The key themes will be the role of uncertainty as opposed to the risk and the benefits of a "less is more" approach to financial forecasting.
