Having completed my Bachelor and Masters degree in Equine Science at Aberystwyth University, I went on to undertake a PhD. at the Royal Veterinary College, London in the “Development of 3D Culture Models of Epithelial and Stromal Cells to Study the Pathophysiology of the Bovine Endometrium”. Upon completion of my PhD, I returned to IBERS at Aberystwyth University where I have subsequently worked on a number of projects on the effect of animal production system on livestock product quality, largely focused on beef quality.
