Vincenzo Dispenza

I have held teaching and academic leadership positions in a number of universities over the last 25 years. Most recently I was Director of the Executive MBA at Leeds University Business School. I started my work life in the building industry and have also been a Learning & Development consultant. I am an accredited 36o degree leadership development coach and have coached senior leaders in a variety of private and public sector organisations.

I am Director of Executive Masters programmes here at Aberystwyth Business School, with primary responsibility for developing and running the Executive MBA and Executive Master of Management.
